The Company:
Our Client is a world leading Automotive OEM which is responsible for some of the most iconic 4x4's & Sports Cars produced. Due to the huge demand for current models and substantial investment in future projects there is a requirement for more resources across the business in engineering & manufacturing on a contract basis.

The Role:
CAE Analyst within the Vehicle Dynamics Analysis team. Day-to-day tasks will be guided by the Vehicle Dynamics attribute team leader. Thiese will include MBS model build, correlation to physical test data, model development, conducting virtual testing of the vehicle using JLR standard events and procedures, analysing results, documenting and presenting the results to the team and identification of possible mitigation actions for issues which fail targets

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
"Previous experience with MBS modelling software packages (ideally SIMPACK or ADAMS). Good team-working ability. A methodical and data-driven attitude. Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written). The ability to self-manage workload to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently, robustly and on-time. Experience of vehicle dynamics theory or a strong motivation to learn and develop these skills.
Must have previous experience of MBS modelling.
Degree in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering preferred but will accept other candidates providing they have the required skills and experience.
