The Company:
The client is a leader within the Automation and Control Systems field with operations in 100 countries worldwide. They specialise in providing integrated solutions to the Transmission and Distribution and Oil & Gas industry with projects offshore and overseas.

The Role:
My client is looking to recruit a strong candidate who will coordinate all customer returns and workshop activities.

Key Duties and responsibilities include:

 Booking in all instruments which have been returned for repair or calibration.
 Managing all direct and indirect communication with customers (enquiries, quotations, order acknowledgements)
 Developing and maintaining customer relationships ensuring customer satisfaction for all service solutions.
 Assist in the management of stock control.
 Raising orders for external 3rd party repair work, products, spare parts etc.
 Proactively monitoring, prioritising & expediting repairs.
 Managing & reviewing all repair pricing levels and margins.
 Supporting the regional delivery of the Business balanced scorecard.
 Maximising the scope of the existing portfolio ensuring contract renewal is achieved when desired by the organisation
 Take responsibility for Health & Safety activities and obligations within the responsible team.
 Ensure ethical behaviour in line with code of conduct at all times
 Manage the environmental risks associated with the team.
 Create an environment that allows all employees to develop and succeed.
 Generate reports as required by the management team

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
 Good communication skills, Flexible work ethic.
 Demonstrate excellent customer focus
 Good PC literacy with an understanding of MS Office software is essential.

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
 Knowledge of the product portfolio
 SAP knowledge / experience.
