The Role:
Diesel Engine Calibration Engineer.
The diesel calibration team are responsible for delivering a significant number of high impact customer attributes in a robust and timley manner. The calibration team are seeking a number of calibration engineers to work with world class hardware and software to deliver class leading products. The roles cover emissions, CDPf, SCR and Driveability calibration roles and limited lead calibrator roles.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Essential A detailed understanding of the calibration process and a good knowledge of engine control software Essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, flexibility, self-motivated. Essential. A good knowledge of Powertain products, engine test facilities and calibrationprocess. Essential A good knowledge level in the use of INCA or similar engine interface tool plus Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and GPIRS.
Complete Work Instructions and support creation of automated tests in CAMEO to ensure continuous delivery of data from facility. Identify, influence, standardise and support delivery of process improvement for team and customer interface. To provide effective communication on the programme status to stakeholders and test team members

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
Preferred. Detailed knowledge of FIE ,Boosting and EGR systems Preferred. A clean full driving licence. Preferrred . A good knowledge of simulation and modelling tools / techniques.
Software, simulation experience can be concidered.
Educated to degree level in a relevant discipline, e.g. Mechanical Engineering.
