The Role:
Gasoline Calibration Engineer Development of Engine Management System calibrations for gasoline powertrains. Support calibration development required to meet emissions legislation for global markets as well as vehicle driveability attributes. Coordination of dyno and vehicle based tests and interrogation of test data. Interact with other team members within the calibration and commodity groups and key suppliers to ensure all target attributes are met.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Mech / Elec or Automotive Engineering degree
Relevant experience covering calibration, control system development or application, knowledge of gasoline combustion technology and gasoline emission control technologies. Experience in co-coordinating dyno and vehicle test work and analysing test data. Experience in the use of quality tools such as FMEA, 8D etc.
Experience in the area of gasoline calibration and fundamental understanding of trade-off's between emissions, fuel economy and vehicle performance. Good understanding of powertrain systems. Familiarity with the use of the calibration tools such as ATI and knowledge of engine management control systems. Good communication skills.
