Is a leading Automotive manufacturer with a reputation for outstanding quality the world over. With demand increasing and an upturn in production, there is a need to bring further skills into the business to deliver on current and future projects.

The Role:
MAIN GOALS AND OBJECTIVES

To support the Digital Product Manager in the scoping, management and delivery of a number of key digital projects in line with the Bentley marketing strategy. Particular focus will be given to the management of existing digital platforms and the day-to-day support of agency partners.

The role requires close collaboration with key internal stakeholders, in particular within Sales & Marketing, and a variety of external partners and suppliers

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Support for delivery of digital projects
• Work with the Digital team to deliver key digital projects for existing web platforms and against corporate launch / product plans
• Ensure consistency of outputs within Bentley digital brand guidelines and aligned to digital strategy

Support and maintenance activities for existing digital platforms
• Oversee day-to-day relationship with agency partners ensuring that maintenance, updates and new functionality are delivered on budget and within agreed timescales
• Agency management and delivery of ad hoc e-communications to support specific product and customer lifecycle activities as defined by the overall communication strategy

Reporting of effectiveness of the digital channel
• Work with the digital team to deliver meaningful metrics in to the business to deliver insight
• Assist with the budgeting and purchase order management across the digital channel

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Ideally from an e-communications background
• Excellent command of the English language and good experience of communicating effectively, both verbally and in writing
• Demonstrable experience in automotive marketing, luxury brand or equivalent agency related experience
• Ability to work with and influence others, building credible relationships at all levels
• Independent decision making, reasoning, and problem-solving skills
• Must be able to demonstrate enthusiastic and flexible approach to working practices
• An excellent team player
• Able to work unsupervised and make informed decisions
• Strong attention to detail
• Competent budget administration and purchase order co-ordination
• Experience of Dealer network interaction beneficial
• Second language (German) preferred
• Demonstrable, proficient planning, organisational and operational skills
• Strong communication skills (visual, oral, and written presentations)

PRACTICAL & TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE

• Fully conversant with IT technology and good PC skills

QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate calibre with marketing degree
• Appropriate marketing qualification, such as the CIM, desirable but not essential
