The Company:
Our Client is a world leading Automotive OEM which is responsible for some of the most iconic 4x4's & Sports Cars produced. Due to the huge demand for current models and substantial investment in future projects there is a requirement for more resources across the business in engineering & manufacturing on a contract basis.

The Role:
Case Management Advisor - Discipline and Grievance

**Some travel between sites will be required.**

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Good working knowledge of employment law, HR policies and current legislative changes Experience and evidence of delivering high levels of customer service Ability to plan and prioritise workloads. Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team, including the ability to take decisions. High level of attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills; must be able to draft appropriate, legally compliant letters and correspondence in response to ER issues. Competent in the use of HR systems, advanced Excel and Word, use of all Microsoft applications Good coaching and influencing skills with the ability to influence and interact with key stakeholders across all levels of the organisation Self-motivated individual. Ability to build strong working relationships with customers base

Significant case management experience, dealing with a case load of new and ongoing D&G cases. Experience up to and including dismissal

CIPD preferred, Employment Law training/dipl

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
Fully qualified CIPD Excellent working knowledge of employment law, HR policies and current legislative changes Experience of working in a unionized environment is desirable Customer Service and Client Interface experience from working in a HR shared service environment is desirable Experience of using HRIS and Case Management Systems such as case management database, call logging systems is desirable Experience of process improvement.

Employment tribunal system, process exposure. Mediation skills/experience
