Deliver value through effective and efficient sourcing activity, using provisions of (CMcp) within boundaries of relevant laws and regulations, approved budgets and where applicable, JV partner and NOC agreements.
• Support the demand planning inputs to CMP & CPP for scope area in collaboration with applicable Category Delivery Lead and Category Managers for a One Team integrated planning approach.
• Conduct/support contract negotiations as directed
• To execute and performance manage the project Contract Strategy elements pertaining to assigned scope.
• To be accountable to the Category Delivery Lead for applicable contract administration deliverables
• Execute compliance activities including audit resolution as applicable
• Comply with company's policies and procedures
• Monitor contractors reporting and investigate any anomalies.
• Identify unresolved contractual problems to the Project PSCM Lead and support liaison with Contract Supplier Performance Leaders, Technical Specialists and delivery leads.
• Input of contractual commitments into Maximo system and approvals at appropriate level.
• Administration of ProCon system for designated Contracts.
• Support the Category Management processes (Supplier Management Common Process) for the designated Contractors
• Review and resolve, including necessary internal consultations, any VOR’s or claims – issue VO’s or Amendments, as necessary.
• Prepare contractual and commercial correspondence, and ensure maintenance of correspondence files.
• Advise regarding interpretation and implementation of the terms and conditions of the project contracts.
• Maintain auditable contract records.
• Provide input into project budgets and cost forecasting, as required.
• Provide contractual input to project risk reviews.

Tasking
• Works with the Category Delivery Lead to deliver project sourcing and rigorous contract management within their assigned contracting/contract management activity.
• Interacts closely with the Cross-Project Demand Planner, Category Managers and sub-sector Integration
Leads with respect to Deployed GPO PSCM delivery for the assigned project scope area.
• Coordinates execution of the contracting & procurement plan for their assigned scope of work (s) and manages PSCM delivery for safe, cost effective and competitive project contracting solutions; including regular progress reporting
• Ensures delivery of project(s) contracting/procurement efforts, including executing local contracting/procurement, as required, in line with Projects OMS & CMcp.
Executes supply chain risk assessment and mitigation for project contracting within their scope
• Provides Project PSCM Lead with inputs to enable effective supplier management activities and supports Supplier Management activities as required by the Category Teams,
• Ensure local content requirements are met in execution of assigned contracting activity
Complies with company Code of Conduct; supports D&I; executes processes that achieve HSSE goals and improve contractor safety and reliability
• Monitor, track and verify Contract Risk/Reward mechanism
• Prepare internal estimates for Management of Change (MoC) purposes
• Agree measurement quantities with contractor
• Identify / agree star rates – including benchmarking of unit rate/manhour rates and prices with industry norms
• Establish validity of VOR’s and claims received from Contractor
• Negotiate and agree value of VO’s and claims
• Agree final accounts and close out contracts
• Highlight cost pressures and potential changes

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Major Projects delivery experience or equal
• Knowledge in application of PSCM Category Management, particularly in contracting, SM and Project execution
• University degree in Engineering, Procurement or other technical discipline.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders across multiple disciplines, cultures and geographies, across company and with suppliers
• Working knowledge of systems such as Ariba OneSource, Backbone, Procon and SAP.

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
Professional PSCM qualification (MCIPS) or equivalent
