The Company:
Our client is one of Australia's largest exploration and production companies and a key energy provider in both the domestic and international marketplace. They have significant interests in offshore exploration, coal seam gas and renewable energy with a major commitment to safety, quality, and environmental issues.

The Role:
The CCMS/Completions Interface Coordinator, is responsible for assisting the construction, completions and commissioning teams in the administration of the Completions & Commissioning Management System (CCMS) database from the construction phase through to plant commissioning and process handover to operations.
The ability to liaise across different disciplines within Gas Field Facilities (GFF) is essential as is the capacity to interact with the Project and client and other external stakeholders.
The position has multiple reporting lines, with resultant challenges, including; ensuring that the site specific CCMS instance is maintained with commonalities identified for application across all GPF’s.

Reporting primarily to the site Commissioning Superintendent, principal function is to facilitate the construction completion handover of Mechanical completion dossiers, the CCMS/Completions Interface Coordinator will:
•Also report to the Completions Team Lead (Site Based)and the CCMS Manager (Brisbane Based)
•Monitor construction/completion activities and resolve day-to-day Completions/Commissioning Management System database issues as they arise and report to the relevant Manager.
•Attend Commissioning and Completions meetings to ensure site specific CCMS database related issues are prioritized and progress reported on.
oMaintain strong communication links to the CCMS team in Brisbane to ensure learning’s are captured in a timely manner and a continuous improvement approach is implemented;
oMaintain similar links with colleagues in other teams
•Generate, Prioritize, Track, monitor, complete & review corrective system actions via the CCMS database Management of Change module
•Interface with other project areas as required for any CCMS database requirements in particular Project Management and Constructions Teams.
•Provide input into:
Ensuring the integrity of the content of CCMS in relation to project engineering data
Assessment of completions/commissioning database to ensure it accurately reflects the minimum compliance activities required to demonstrate construction & commissioning completion.
review of contractor inspection and test plans to ensure they meet required contract specifications and inspection requirements.
conduct frequent audits, gap analysis of the data in the CCMS database to ensure accuracy against project engineering documentation (with corresponding provision of remediation plans as appropriate)
•Assist with:
assessment of suppliers and contractors inspections and documentation
Identifying priorities for the major project users of the CCMS system – Construction, Completions, Commissioning
rectifying database issues in a prompt manner.
identifying and documenting corrective actions required and opportunities for improvement.
Implementation and continual improvements to all GFF quality processes, procedures and systems.
•Keep informed with project delivery schedules, status reporting and development and implementation of continuous improvement processes as required.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
•Relevant construction qualifications with minimum 5 years experience in a similar completions database management role.
•Proficient use of Microsoft Office and database skills.
•Ability to review and analyze engineering schedules, project drawings including P&IDs, Cable Block diagrams, Single Line Diagrams, manufacturers data records, to ensure the completions/commissioning database accurately reflects the minimum compliance activities required to demonstrate construction & commissioning completion.
•Ability to liaise with various stakeholders and identify project priorities.
•Ability to review and ensure inspection and test plans, quality control activities, documents for compliance or non-conformance and to ensure the CCMS database accurately reflects these requirements.
•The ability to evaluate, monitor, review and ensure compliance with corporate policies, procedures, systems and relevant project specifications.
•A preparedness to learn and adopt new work practices, systems
