The Company:
The company designs, constructs, transports, installs and removes offshore facilities for the global oil and gas industry. During the last decades they have become a significant international player in the offshore oil and gas construction industry. The Group consists of two divisions, each with a specific role in the activities of the Group

The Role:
Certification Clerk

Reports to - Certification/Junior Certification Engineer / QC Manager
Liaises with - Production, Procurement, Stores, & Sub Contractors


- To assist the Certification & Junior Certification Engineer as directed all aspects related to project documentation.


- Adherence to Company Policy and procedures
- To perform tasks which may be requested by Management,
- To operate within the Company, Quality, Safety, Health, Environmental systems and programmes.
- To perform tasks delegated by the Certification / Junior Certification/ Engineer
or Quality Control Manager.
- To file and record Site Queries etc
- To file and record Welding Inspector Site Visit Reports and Release Notes.
- To liaise with and collect from departments within HHL data for the manufacturing
record books.
- To expedite and collect from subcontractors data for the manufacturing
record books.
- To liaise with material control department to expedite Material Received Notification
- Be aware of Individual risk awareness within job role.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Competency Requirements :
- Successful SHE Induction.
- Communicate in a positive manner with all departmental personnel.
- Communicate in a positive manner with third party inspectors and client representative.
- Working knowledge of IFS ,Microsoft Word, Excel , Access
- And Co-console completions system
- An understanding of Company Quality, Safety, Health & Environmental systems and programmes.
- Planning & Organisational skills that enable the implementation of duties and the Company strategies in a timely manner.
- A working knowledge of national material standards e.g. BS EN 10225.
- Valid full UK driving licence

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
Training Requisite:
- Safety awareness
- Computer Training Courses.
