The Company:
Our Client is a world leading Automotive OEM which is responsible for some of the most iconic 4x4's & Sports Cars produced. Due to the huge demand for current models and substantial investment in future projects there is a requirement for more resources across the business in engineering & manufacturing on a contract basis.

The Role:
"As the New Programmes Global Change Coordinator, you will be part of the team who are responsible for the overall planning, co-ordination and delivery of Engine Manufacturing Programmes. Your role will be to support the New Programmes Team by being the key interface with all associated functions on product release; change control and issue management into Powertrain Manufacturing. You will ensure mandatory approvals for all PTME areas are completed for each stage of the release process. Proactively progressing changes through the system and challenging appropriately. Analyse progress of change and all associated feasibility and cost implications Ensure all releases have the minimal level of data for approval by Engineer. Develop and coordinate the change management function within PTME to ensure effective change control is in place."

3 KEY SKILLS REQUIRED
1. "Being hands on and approachable is key to the role, you will need to be a self starter with the tenacity to see an activity through. The role focuses primarily on change control, data collection and analysis which will support the programme product release and overall programme delivery. Successful co-ordination of resolution actions and recovery plans to achieve programme targets.
2. You will need to have excellent excel skills and the ability to pick up systems including WERS and AIMS for releases and issue management.
3. Good communication skills and analytical skills

Experience Required: "Change Management experience. Programme Management or Engineering Background advantageous but training can be provided as required "

Experience Preferred: "Ability to interface across functions and manage complex relationships. An understanding of safety processes preferred. Degree Preferred."

Additional Information : "Highly motivated and able to lead under own initiative. Enthusiastic for process improvement. An understanding of AIMS and WERS would be advantageous but training could easily be provided if necessary. Support the manufacturing feasibility process including change management. Strong administrative skills"
