The Company:
a major oil and gas operator

The Role:
Understand and support the change management lifecycle, including assessing the need for change, assessing change readiness and developing and managing stakeholder engagement/communication plans, ensuring project-related change alignment.
Some of the key responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following:
• Development of standard change management deliverables
• Communication planning
• Maintaining stakeholder alignment
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement sessions
• Development of change roadmaps
• Change resistance consulting
• Identifying change agents
Help identifying success metrics and establish baselines, including sustainment of processes developed

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Bachelors Degree in Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5-10+ years ex with Change Management Concepts and principles; Experience building services experience required Operated in a similar role within MCP environment.
• Ability to analyse data, summarize and present options for decision by DS Management. Experienced at diagnosing communications requirements and developing structured approach to engaging stakeholder groups
• Effective change management and group facilitation skills. Previous experience supervising staff.
• Able to operate effectively across the integrated team with and managers.
• Able to discuss sensitive information and maintain its integrity.
• A hands on collaborative approach that engages the right people and contributes to problem solving and progress.
