The Role:
Provides analytical & operational services within team scope Contributes to projects
Responsible for assigned analytical method/apparatus in line with the quality system requirements
Participates in maintaining the quality system and generates quality improvement proposals
Analyses and solves routine problems
Contributes to set up, validation and optimisation of analytical methods/equipment
Is (technical) coach for selected chemical analysts
Timely provision of a quality data in an environment with ever changing priorities, high workload, multiple customers
Managing own workflow to ensure a healthy own work-life balance and competence development
Work as a team player

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Minimum of HNC Chemistry in analytical or equivalent.
Does have minimal experience in a laboratory
Good practical and theoretical knowledge in relevant analytical methods
Knowledgeable in interpretation and validation of analytical results
Knowledge of the processes
Good insight into needs and objectives of customers.
Knowledgeable in HSE, QMS (ISO9001/17025),
Aware of project/data management
Good verbal and written communication skills
Open, constructive attitude towards colleagues and customers
High commitment to safety and environment
Good team player Is responsible for own performance.
Offshore experience could be an advantage
