The Company:
Our client is an international Oil & Gas Operator Looking to secure a PCA Manager based West of London, surrounding counties.

The Role:
Guards Companies reputation internationally (Head of Function) or regionally. Develops and leads external international relationships at the highest level. Manages PCA involvement in internal business processes.
Head of Function guards and develops Group-wide PCA policies, standards, systems and processes. Serves as specialist advisor on reputation management, business ethics/Business Principles or Social Performance/community liaison.
PCA Manager: Leads PCA strategy, messaging, resourcing and delivery for a geographical area. Ensures implementation of mandatory PCA policies, standards and processes.

Shows evidence of building relationships at highest level with media contacts, governments, UK embassies/ consulates, communities, multi-laterals, international public policy organisations and academia. Has proven leadership ability. Displays excellent skills in project, personnel and budget management, strategic thinking, communication (written and oral). Is able to set direction and develop expertise in information management, analysis and interpretation. Deploys sound judgement on the reputational risk impacts on major investments and projects. Should ideally have some foreign language proficiency.

Specialist advisors as relevant should demonstrate a wide-ranging experience of national, regional and global political and public policy issues. Shows a detailed understanding of how to design/ implement relevant political risk management tools and methodologies. Provides evidence of delivering the Social Performance and Business Principles agenda, sustainability communications, front-line community relations and projects. Has a significant track record of developing/ implementing corporate communications strategies at PLC and operating company level.

Has a track record of setting a strategic direction and delivering complex international negotiations with stakeholders. Can show top level success in the private/public sector in one or more of the following: managing corporate reputation, complex political or risk issues, influencing public policy or legislation; delivering commercial results through stakeholder management; delivering the Sustainable Development agenda, front-line community relations and projects; leveraging government relations at highest level, ensuring political input is reflected in strategic decision making. Has a proven leadership ability. Shows evidence of building relationships at the highest level.
