The Role:
Key Responsibilities
• Liaise with Project Director/Senior GM Project Management to plan and coordinate all works & activities related to projects, from start to completion (from A to Z).
• Plan, maintain, review and control project cost and schedule of works within approved project budget and timeline.
• Develop best-in-class procurement SOP for Project Team, communicate the SOP, facilitate the implementation, and monitor & review compliance.
• Ensure procurement decision and action is synchronized to project schedule/approved budget. Follow-through on timeliness and reliability of vendors/suppliers.
• Facilitate the project work scoping and WBS packages to ensure project objectives are achieved through the work synergies.
• Provide regular update/report and necessary “flash” feedback to top management on project progress and when top management attention/intervention is urgently required.
• Work closely with Project Accountant to monitor and verify the accuracy and appropriateness of all costs booked/associated to the project.
• Work closely with construction site management on the compliances to SOP and verification of variation orders.
• Coordinate with internal and external parties involved in the project on work/activities requirements, quality standards & safety practices, and variation orders. Maintain an on-going updated reference file on all contractors/subcontractors (and their agents) enlisted for the project.
• Facilitate the review and finalising of tender documents and contracts to ensure project objectives are achieved and adherence to all statutory requirements.
• Establish best-in-class documentation system and record/database management for project documents to enable proper and systematic archive/retrieval/reference.
• Maintain high standard of work quality, safety and productivity, as well as compliance with the code of business conducts.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Possess Master or Bachelor Degree in Engineering
• Minimum 10 to 15 years of experience in similar role in PMC/EPCC
• Competent in project management & knowledgeable in EPCC functions and requirements
• Proven knowledge of contract management
• Strong leadership and facilitation skills
• Meticulous and able to work on tight deadlines
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• High integrity and work ethic
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
• Excellent spoken & written English and Mandarin
• Ability to speak, read and write Bahasa Indonesian is an added advantage
