The Company:
Our client is a construction company.

The Role:
•Drive design and engineering operational performance including supporting business growth, technical delivery, cash flow, resource management, overhead expenditure and utilization across the region
•Oversee development of capture strategies and direct pursuits of major infrastructure projects.
•Enhance collaboration between different AECOM business lines to ensure sound strategies are developed and executed to drive growth
•Lead the development of market intelligence including industry assessment, trends and key markets and client opportunities in the country or region
•As a key member of the Malaysia Management Team, contribute to optimizing the overall performance of the country performance.
•Maintain close contact with key clients in the region, and lead or participate in the winning of work.
•Ensure and promote compliance and best practice, particularly those associated with ethics and compliance, quality, health and safety core values.
•Lead all initiatives which are directed towards staff development and performance management.
•Deliver annual financial plans

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
•Degree in Civil Engineering, Chartered Engineer and possess relevant professional qualifications
•Minimum 20 years’ experience within the infrastructure space. Minimum 10 years working at leadership role preferably with experience in Southeast Asia countries.
•Significant experience of managing multi-disciplined teams across different business lines or offices in delivering major infrastructure projects.
•An overriding determination and commitment to deliver set operational targets.
•Proven experience managing project budgets, and overseeing project delivery.
•An ability to work closely with, and motivate technical contributors.
•Demonstrates a proven track record in building high performance teams, is an architect of change, expands capability and capacity, and drives flawless execution.
