The Company:
Our client is an Engineering Services company, who are an international technical consultancy, providing a range of services including licence to operate, asset management, manufacturing improvement and capital investment to customers in the chemical, petrochemical, oil & gas, pharmaceutical, manufacturing and consumer industries worldwide.

The Role:
The inspection engineer defines the requirements for the examination of structures, bunds and drainage to ensure resources are focused in the right areas. They can be used to form the basis of a maintenance regime or asset life study.

As well as developing the inspection strategy, The Inspection Engineer will assist in prioritising and specifying any required remedial works.

Your role will be to carry out Civil and Structural inspections within the Humberside area. Producing written reports to Procedures. Typically HNC/HND or NVQ4 qualified with over 5 years experience in role/function and likely to meet the requirements for Incorporated Engineer status. Responsible for interpreting customer requirements and delivery of suitable engineering solutions. Works to code or agreed good engineering practice and may have responsibility for a small team of designers.
