The Role:
Reporting to the Area Construction Manager – Permanent Buildings

- Management of interfaces internal and external to the worksite
- Conduct safety supervision of the work site.
- Provide construction supervision for earthworks and concrete work. and ensures it is executed in accordance with drawings and specifications.
- Support contractor in maximizing performance and progress, and other associated works as directed by site management by assisting with planning and execution.
- Monitor progress against schedule and provide updates on construction activities to Civil Superintendent and Area Construction Manager..
- Assist with and sign off on QA documentation.
- Manage Day works as required and assist in Change Management.
- Manage the Construction completion and the handover of appropriate quality control documentation and as built mark ups to the Assistant Technical Services Manager.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Good communicator.
Experienced in service installations/earthworks and concrete work.
Pervious experienced in a multi-discipline EPCM team
Proven supervisory skills.
Commitment to safety.
Computer skills in Outlook, Word and Excel.

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
Preparation of reports. Conducting TSTO and TSTO sessions, with JHA capability.
Plant operation and maintenance training.
