The Company:
Our Client is a Global Leading EPIC/EPC Contractor in the Oil & Gas industry. They are currently experiencing rapid growth and development on projects in many locations. Due to this they have an ever growing need for the best Engineers available.

The Role:
We are currently recruiting for a Civil Works and Structural Specialist Lead to work for my leading client based in Sharjah.

Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, execute and control the development of Civil Engineering activities for a Project or a Tender activities performed inside or outside the Company in accordance with Project/client requirements within the assigned budget, time schedule and quality standards.

Ensure compliance with all Project interfaces and supervise in-out information flow.

Responsible for manhours and monitoring cost impacts of technological solutions associated to project development

Ensure the capitalisation of Project experience in order to improve and harmonize work methodologies through the continuos improvement and best practices.

Assist in the personnel management and outsourcing, implement the Company operating guide and KPI application.

Evaluation of technical and management gap in the personnel involved in the project in order to identify the proper training.

Identify tools for adequate efficiency improvement.
