The Company:
Our Client is a major petrochemical company in Qatar.

The Role:

Pro actively manage individual claims from notification to closure. Provide suggestion/recommendation to concern in Marketing & Sales division for all Muntajat products (has an indirect reporting relationship with other Products Marketing & Sales Directors).
Performs a variety of routine and complex administrative and technical work in accepting, coordinating and administering claims received by Muntajat from customers/agents and distributors.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Works under the general supervision of Director Marketing & Sales Polymers and has an indirect reporting relationship with other Products Marketing & Sales Directors.
• Prepares all claims for review by appropriate Director.
• Responsible for the timely administration of Marketing & Sales related claims. Coordinates claim investigations with the concern parties as per company procedures.
• Initial response to the claimant for incidents related to delay in shipments, documents …….etc.
• Initiates communication with individuals, Producers and companies to Obtains necessary information for detail investigation of claim.
• Provides professional advice regarding claims settlements to the management. Establish and maintain harmonious working relationships with co-workers, supervisors, other Muntajat personnel and partners.
• Responsible for all claims functions of the department ensuring these are carried out in accordance with the policies and procedures set out by the company.
• Suggest to management corrective action and suitable compensation.
• Responsible for communicating to the claimant final out come of the claim.
• Coordinate with Business Analysts to review the implementation of the corrective actions suggested on periodical basis.
• To perform any other related duties assigned by the department manager from time to time.
• Maintain good rapport with customers, brokers and claimants.
• Responsibility includes proper file composition to support payment of claims

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent.

Minimum 5 years’ experience in claim management with Petrochemical experience preferable. Very good knowledge of spoken and written English.
