The Role:
The role

As a Client Account Manager you will be responsible for maximizing profitability and sales volume for a major oil and gas client who has a need for pipeline repair products.

As a Client Account Manager your main duties will involve:
• Product Management
• Manage client expectations to ensure realistic expectations are agreed and met
• Responsible for negotiating prices which maximize profitability
• Ensure contractual obligations are met and out of scope work is appropriately charged for
• Generate quotations for any work which falls outside of the main project scope
• Leverage new client opportunities through maintaining strong, credible relationships with our existing clients
• Attend exhibitions and other relevant forums and conduct sales visits to promote company pipeline repair capability and to generate new clients
• Work closely with internal project teams to ensure customer requirements are being met, on time and within budget
• Identify and communicate the opportunities to enhance and/or add further products to existing product lines and customers

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
As a Client Account Manager you will have experience:
• Experience of Product Management
• You will ideally have a balanced understanding between a Technical Engineering Understanding and a Commercial Strategic view.
• Advantageous if you have worked with Norwegian clients previously.
• Client management experience in an engineering or industrial environment.
• Experience or high exposure to industrial products in international markets.
• Demonstrated, strong customer and project management skills.
• Strong business presentation skills.
