The Company:
My client, a leading energy supplier is looking for a Client Co-ordinator to join their team based in Runcorn. This is offered on a contract basis for 6 months, there is an opportunity for a full time position for the right candidate.

The Role:
Working as part of the Installation Support Team, you will be responsible for the administrative work associated with the delivery of an Installation Project. This will include liaising with both internal and external customers and delivering industry-leading customer service.

– Handling inbound calls from suppliers, labour workforce, clients and Contract Managers
– Planning installations for varying work streams
– Managing the unbilled debt process, in particular those less than 30 days
– Letter production for survey and installation appointments
– Raising works orders via SAP & Navision for suppliers and workforce
– Accurately recording financials for each individual installation within the database
– Monitoring, scanning and filing installation paperwork
– Raising the appropriate notifications for install with the necessary bodies
– Preparation of valuations for clients, ensuring accurate and reflective of work completed on site
– External stakeholder management, handling queries from suppliers, clients, Contract Managers and tenants.
– Liaising with internal stakeholders such as engineers, team members and line management to ensure the smooth delivery of installation Projects

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
– Good working knowledge of Microsoft office products, in particular excel
– Navision and SAP experience (not essential)
– Excellent numerical skills
– Great communication skills
– Ability to work quickly and under pressure
– Superb organisational skills
– Attention to detail
– Professional attitude when dealing with internal & external customers
– Exceptional computer skills
– Adaptable to change & an eagerness to learn
