The Company:
Our client is one of the world's largest integrated energy companies conducting business in countries all around the globe. They are engaged in every aspect of the crude oil & natural gas industry, including exploration & production, manufacturing, marketing & transportation, chemicals manufacturing & sales, geothermal, power generation, renewables & advanced technologies.

The Role:
+ Ensure Safe Production for all operated installations
+ To operate within the approved operating envelope and integrity framework.
+ To monitor and maintain technical integrity in the asset,jointly with the E&M (facilities) and Development Leaders (wells).
+ To own and manage the annual Operations and E&M delivery budgets.
+ To plan,prepare and execute all maintenance and operations tasks and minor modifications.
+ To plan,manage and execute all shutdowns.
+ To ensure all engineering projects are fully commissioned.
+ To monitor,maintain and/or improve equipment reliability in the asset,jointly with the Operations and Engineering & Maintenance Leader.
+ To initiate,develop and implement Operations performance improvements as part of Operations Excellence and Field Operations Integrity Project.
+ To ensure compliance with company standards and processes.
+ To ensure coordination and co-operation and alignment with other clusters
+ To provide line management for all Cluster staff.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
+ Relevant university (BSc or MSc) degree or equivalent, in preferably engineering, and significant experience in Oil & Gas field operations (maintenance, projects or operations experience).
+ Good leadership, inter-personal and communication skills together with the ability to interact with client and contractor organization.
+ Skilled in managing integrated teams.
+ Ability and willingness to drive an organization hard in order to improve bottom line performance
