The Company:
An international EPC Company involved in LNG and Mining Projects.

The Role:
This position will be accountable to the Contract Services Team and Contracts Coordination Manger for the effective coordination of training and reporting
in the Subcontracts group. This would include but not be limited to:
1) Classroom training for Trainers on Module enhancements including some internal users and contractors in Gorgon or contractor offices as required
2) Maintaining training documentation and ensure alignment to ongoing system changes
3) Coordinate with e-Learning team to align training material with ongoing system changes
4) Prepare for training environment
5) Assist with Tier 1 Support
6) Desktop training as required
7) Updating training deliverables induding quick reference guides and CMS user guides
8) Assist with system tests as required
9) Provide coordination and preparation of Subcontract monthly and quarterly reports
9) Assist with the development of new reports to meet contractual requirements
10) Assist with resourcing of Subcontract personnel as needed.

Critical requirements for this position are:

•Previous experience in arranging and coordinating systems (CMS) training activities including online training and class room training.
•Experience in maintaining and updating training material and deliverables.
•Experience in coordinating and preparation of subcontract monthly and quarterly reports.

1) Ability to quickly learn Contract Management work processes and supporting system
2) Previous systems training experience
3) Excellent communication skills, verbal and written with good command of English language
4) Comfortable with user support environment and training groups
5) Knowledge of advanced Subcontract practices
6) Experience in training in Procurement systems and practices
7) Capable of using initiative and able to work with minimum supervision
8) Competent user of Microsoft Office suite of software
9) Multi-disciplined background
10) Proven ability to meet project expectations and deadlines.
