A leading international service company.

The Role:
Our client is looking for an experience Coiled Tubing Coordinator to oversee CT operations in the Congo.

Duties and Responsibilities;
Under broad direction, assess service delivery requirements and coordinates the movement of equipment, materials, and personnel within a Natural Work Area (NWA) (multiple districts).
Supervises the day-to-day activities of individuals performing well site service work and job/resource planning roles.
Assesses service delivery requirements for each job within assigned NWA (multiple districts).
Coordinates the engagement and use of third party services and equipment within assigned NWA (multiple districts).
Supervises those engaged in a job and/or resource planning role.
Utilizes technical and/or operational expertise to provide service delivery solutions for customers.
Orders equipment specific to customer specifications/job requirements.
Communicates job specific details and information to appropriate service delivery and support staff.
Conducts pre-job and post-job meetings with appropriate service delivery staff.
Provides final approval on sales orders prior to invoicing.
Communicates effectively with customers and service delivery staff to resolve service delivery issues and irregularities.
Learns to effectively coordinate more complex and deepwater jobs.
Interfaces and works effectively with Field Service Quality Coordinator counterpart pursuant to service quality, employee development, worksite safety, and process improvement processes and issues.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Skills are typically acquired through completion of an undergraduate degree in production and operations management, industrial engineering, or similar disciplines and a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Product Service Line (PSL) field operations which includes experience in a Technical Planner role.
10-12 years of field operations experience.
Promotes safety awareness and environmental consciousness, and complies with all applicable safety and environmental procedures and regulations.
Ensures compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) regulations and guidelines.
Promotes and takes an active part in quality improvement processes.
May coordinate the movement of equipment, materials, and personnel for multiple PSLs within an NWA. May perform Field Service Quality Coordinator duties in small location.
