The Role:
The Role:
Collaboration analyst role is responsible for improving the way business teams work together by presenting cross team data in easily understandable and actionable formats in the form of reports and dashboards. Collaboration analysts examine the unique needs and concerns of a business to develop relevant practices and procedures for
preparing business reports. They are responsible for organizing crossteam workshops for identifying interface gaps, process improvement opportunities and crossteam reports.

* Build reporting solutions for both internal and external clients
* Work with business analysts or end users to define/refine requirements
* Guide project teams in the selection and use of a fit for purpose collaboration and reporting tools
* Provide training and support to project teams in the setup and use of these tools
* Create routine and more complex adhoc reports for management or business units, from various data sources with the ability to combine data from different sources into a unified report.
* Responsible for entire reporting lifecycle including requirements gathering, report design, development, and deployment
* Develops and conducts complex data validation and reconciliation to ensure data integrity, accuracy and completeness for operational purposes
* Standardizes data collection by developing methods for database design and validation reports. Travel may be required to other project locations.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
The Person:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/ Statistics or a business major such as Logistics, Supply Chain , Economics, Finance or Accounting.(5 years of relevant work experience in lieu of degree)
* 35 years of SQL report development experience
* Experience with SSIS, TIBCO Spotfire, Tableau or similar visualization technologies
* Proficient in report development and automation.
* Strong SQL skills and solid understanding of database concepts
* Ability to analyze large amounts of raw data and summarize into clear, accurate, meaningful, valueadded
reports and analysis
* Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of internal and external customers.
* Proficient in the use of query and reporting analysis tools.
* Extract data from databases and data warehouses for reporting and to facilitate sharing between multiple data systems.
* Capable of working within a diverse, global workforce that is consumer oriented.
