The Company:
Our Client is a major contractor providing consultancy, engineering and project management services to the world's energy, power and process industries. They are the leading Contracting Company to the Oil and Gas Industry in the UK.

The Role:
To administer key commercial systems and processes to a high level of accuracy.
Provide commercial administration support for the projects and commercial groups.

Key aims and objectives
• Support the company management team in the commercial administration of relevant projects/contracts in accordance with company commercial policies and procedures in order to ensure that commercial entitlement is pursued and obtained in accordance with the terms of the contract.
• Analyse costs incurred in undertaking projects/contracts and reconcile with charges made to our Clients.

Prime responsibilities and duties
• Accountable for safety.
• Assist in the preparation of data for Client audits.
• Support to cost analysis and reporting activities within projects/contract.
• Preparation of project invoicing in accordance with terms and conditions of contract such that cash position maximised.
• Liaison with company finance departments to address any anomalies in costs allocated to projects/contracts.
• Administer company expense policy.
• Assist with administration of sub-contracts in accordance with relevant company policies and procedures.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• HNC in appropriate Business Discipline desirable but not essential.
• Experience of working in a commercial or finance environment.
