The Company:
Our client is a leading multinational operating company with interests all over the world. We are currently recruiting for a Commercial Advisor who will be responsible for commercial leadership and advice to business operations.

The Role:
Key Responsibilities
• Commercial agreements - Advise and represent all commercial agreements relevant to licence developments and operations in UK.
• Business Development – Support, review and advise on portfolio or business development opportunities with a view to maximising value.
• Supporting the in-country based team.
• Regional infrastructure – Initiation of strategic reviews and studies to identify regional markets for sales, and intelligence gathering on regional upstream and downstream players, in respect in particular of third party business opportunities.
• Commercial Structure - Guidance and support to economic analysis process optimising developments and associated offtake infrastructure, including tax and contractual structure.
• Reporting -monitoring and tracking activity reports and Govt reporting as required by licenses and JOA’s operated. Also to liaise with other Operators to ensure reporting compliance.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Key Requirements
• Experience in upstream oil & gas industry
• Experience in commercial representation at senior level
• Experience in economic valuation
• Experience in (multi-party) negotiations and transactions
