The Company:
Our client is a market leading EPC company with projects across FEED, design and EPC stages globally. To assist in the delivery of phase 1-3 PMC function on a new refinery project in Iraq producing we are looking to identify an experienced Commercial Contracts Manager for a senior role.

The Role:
The successful candidate will be tasked with the following activities:

• To lead PMC team through project stages 1-3 (FEED & Design)
• Preparing the EPC contract plan/bidders list for each contract/subcontract
• Drafting and compilation of commercial ITT
• Evaluation of bids and qualification of sub-contractors and prospective vendors
• ensure compliance with and fulfilling requirements within the contract terms
• Prepare Contract Award documents in favour of the approved contractor/ subcontractor
• Prepare EPC enquiry packages
• Obtain prior financial approval for all commitments over agreed limits
• Audit and monitor of Contractor progress against key stage delivery and budgets
• Highlight to the Project Manager, any cost, schedule or procurement matters that will adversely affect the programme.
