The Company:
An international EPC Company involved in LNG and Mining Projects.

The Role:
The position is based on the Project team for a large LNG project now in construction stage.

The Commercial Coordinator will support the Commercial Manager with the following duties :
• Facilitate and ensure the effectiveness of the change management process.
• Be continually risk aware and deliver project objectives through the proper control of project variations due to risk.
• Primarily responsible for reviewing potential contractual changes.
• Streamline the approval process of PDNs. Expedite stakeholders to ensure PDNs are processed.
• Review and forecast potential EPCM Cost and Schedule impacts as a result of the project Management of Change.
• Quality control of PDN and revert to the initiator as needed
• Drafting of formal correspondence to Client.
• Process all potential changes to be reviewed in line with the Contract obligations and Change Order Process
• Focal point for change initiator.
• Attend Trend Meetings and track potential impacts to project schedule
• Roll out training to other Project divisions with regards to Head contract obligations.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Degree Qualified in Commerce or similar Business Degree/Qualification
• Previous experience in either commercial/contract administration or Project services activities
• Negotiation skills
• Ability to interpret a Contract
Preferred Candidate would have a good understanding of overall Project Commercial issues and Change Management processes. The role will primarily responsible for ensuring efficient change management processes, reviewing all Potential Changes, discussing these changes across the multi-disciplines and agreeing these changes with the Client. The role will also require the roll out of training where necessary to other departments.

• Multi-tasking & organisational capability
• Strong relationship skills
• Microsoft Presentation, Excel, Word, & other Microsoft Software, Good use & capabilities with P3E Primavera (advantageous)
