The Company:
Is a UK based company focused on importing LNG

The Role:
Key to your success as a Commercial Executive will be the ability to

• Identify and develop business opportunities to add value, through liaison with external market entities
• To liaise with potential counterparties seeking to utilise my clients Terminal capacity
• To negotiate and close agreements for capacity sales, LNG purchases, gas sales and other structures
• To develop and manage commercial counterparty relationships
• To expand regulatory coverage to include relevant UK and EU legislative and other developments
• In charge of the customer process, including customer take on and management/development of the counterparty and deal pipelines
• Prepares and negotiates agreements with third parties for capacity business activities
• Identifies, develops and closes new business opportunities as agreed by Commercial Manager
• Takes lead in identifying regulatory issues and ensuring compliance with key regulatory developments
• Develops regulatory monitoring covering UK and European market and legislative developments
• Takes lead in cultivating and developing relationships with appropriate counterparties and industry participants
• Provides cover for absence and support for the Commercial Manager, as required

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Developing & managing customer commercial relationships
Excellent understanding of the UK gas market and its participants
Understanding of the UK and EU regulatory framework
Commercial acumen
Strong communication and interpersonal and negotiation skills

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
A degree or equivalent in Economics, Engineering or a Business related topic.
