The Role:
Functional:
• Be accountable for commercial strategies, assisting the CFO and Commercial Manager to deliver Company’s performance contracts
• Administer the execution of Block 06.1 contracts (PSC, JOA, GSPA, TA, CTA) and ensure full compliance
• Be accountable for the economic evaluation, including internal and external reporting (GFO/LTP), for Block 06.1
• Act as an advisor in the area of economic evaluation for the Company to assure modeling integrity of LTP economic models of the existing and/or new assets
• Lead internal activities to ensure timely approvals for Lan Tay operations (WP&B, AFEs, RTAs, permits, insurance etc)
• Develop internal knowledge and monitoring system to analyse the gas market in support of Lan Tay production planning and performance management
• Support the Commercial Manager and Block 06.1 Director to maintain and enhance partner relationship
• Be capable of providing full back-up for the Non-operated Asset Business Advisor and the Condensate Sale Analyst
• Single point of contact for interaction with external stakeholders for interests’ alignment and relationship development
• Develop, maintain and adjust plans for managing partner relationship; Network and align with other partners.
• Provide coaching and development of staff
• Interaction with NCSP Operators to influence on deliveries of the performance contracts, as well as on aligning Company`s interests with others

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Master Degree in Business Management and/or Corporate Finance
• At least 10 years of experience in the E&P businesses in multiple business environments. A demonstrated track record of increasing responsibility in successive roles.
• Fluency in English, Russian is an advantage
• Extensive experience in the E & P and industry practice
• Good leadership skills: able to paint a picture that inspires others to contribute
• Good negotiation skills: manage significant issues within the negotiation making a critical assessment of the arguments
• Good economic evaluation skills: proven skills in economic evaluation with deep knowledge in value model of discounted cash flow
• Good performance management: able to monitor and constructively challenge business performance to meet or exceed plan targets; Able to collaborate to develop performance contracts which link individual to organization objectives; Able to create plans, organize activity set and deliver them to support business obje
