The Company:
A luxury Automotive OEM based in the West Midlands. After continued growth & success there are a number of new exciting engineering projects underway and we currently have requirements for experienced engineering professionals.

The Role:
To support the Commercial function of our client by providing all aspects of administrative assistance.

Key Responsibilities & Tasks
• Ensure smooth running of Commercial office: Respond to incoming telephone calls, managing incoming/outgoing post, filing & photocopying/scanning as required
• Travel arrangements for Commercial Team and preparation of travel itineraries, visas etc.
• Arrangement and preparation of meetings, catering requirements taking minutes as required
• Coordinate all suppliers with regards to orders, contracts, payment etc.
• Ensure all accounting issues of Commercial area are up to date
• Order stationery as required
• Coordinate weekly movement schedules of Commercial Teams
• VIP visitor planning – hosting, travel arrangements & catering arrangements
• Ordering of merchandise and brochures for supporting events
• Diary management for Commercial General Managers
• Expense claims for Commercial General Managers
• Updating and maintaining Dealer Directory & ELearning Registration Database
• Preparing invoices to Dealers for training course attendance
• Managing internal & external communication - email distribution lists for Dealers etc.
• Supporting Dealer & Customer events & training – hosting etc.
• Preparing routine Dealer reports

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Good level of PC literacy required : MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Outlook)
• Excellent typing skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills and good telephone manner
• Proactive and professional attitude
