The Role:
To undertake a variety of responsibilities and projects that will support the PR/ Risk Management Department in providing it’s core services and business objectives.
Reporting to: Office Risk Manager

The Commercial Administrator will be reporting directly to management. The role is part of a highly skilled, self-motivated department, whose primary objective is to ensure we meet company, statutory & all other regulatory requirements to the specified standards.

To help deliver a regulatory monitoring system, preparing impact assessments and summary documentation for industry consultations..

To work with other members of the Risk Management team to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and industry regulations.
To support the Risk Management team in developing, controls, reviewing and monitoring best practice with regards to energy trading and settlement activities.

To collect and analyse relevant market and energy trading data as required. To update and maintain Risk Management registers and reporting to the Middle Office Risk Manager.

To ensure timely and accurate communications with Front Office, Back Office and Finance as required regarding trade errors, late payments, follow up payments and cashflow. To support other Risk Management/px personnel, in maintaining high levels of safety, availability and reliability.

To gain an understanding and contribute to the departments key performance indicators. To portray the position of Commercial Undergraduate in a positive and professional manner.

Undertaking of additional responsibilities may be required, dependent upon business need. The successful candidates after reviewing the CV’s will be invited to attend our online testing session which will comprise of the psychometric tests and personality profile. Successful candidates from testing will then be invited for interview.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Undertaking a recognised graduate degree course
GCSE / O’ level standard Maths & English – grades A-C

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
IT qualifications: e.g. BTEC / NVQ
