The Role:
Purpose of Position:

Sound knowledge and experience of commissioning Fiscal Metering and Analyser packages in a gas plant environment. (Ultrasonic bi-di flowmeter, Danalysers, etc.)
•Technical C&I qualification.
•Good communication and interpersonal skills. A 'team-player'.
•Effective maintenance of performance.
•Achieve required safety standards.
•Constantly re-evaluate working practices with a view to improving systems, personal and team performances.
•Carry out work in accordance with Safety, Environmental and Quality systems.
Perform technical review of Design drawings / deliverables with regard to suitability for commissioning.
Full working knowledge of commissioning activities in relation to mechanical/electrical/instrumentation/control disciplines and to advise company representative on commissioning problems and effective solutions.
Review Construction plans with a view to achieving early and efficient client handover.
To take responsibility for commissioning activities across the contract and manage a team of commissioning engineers and technicians.
Develop Discipline Commissioning Plans, Documentation, Procedures and Handover documentation.
Liaise and manage interfaces with Vendors.
Witnesses onshore factory acceptance tests.
Review Platform Operating Manuals.
To oversee compilation of Project Commissioning Dossiers and OTPs.
To develop, plan, coordinate and manage all pre-comm & commissioning activities for the CPF project.To develop, source and lead a multi-discipline team in the pre-commissioning and commissioning of the CPF process plant and utilities.
To plan and prepare precommissioning and commissioning Databases & handover documentation using a Project Completion System to ensure the project is constructed, commissioned and certified ready for safe operation.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Instrument, Instrumentation, Control Systems. Process Control, Systems, ICSS, Commissioning, Onshore, Production, UK, Oil, Hima Sella, Yokogawa, FATs, ESD / Control system logic, Hima Sella or Yokogawa, COMPEX, Commissioning, Instrumentation, Petrochemical, Oil

Must have commissioning experience working with multi discipline teams on various project sizes and scopes in the Oil & gas Industry. Must have good understanding of hydro-carbon processes, knowledge of instrument, electrical and control systems and be familiar with structured work methodologies.
Strong personality with highly developed skills in leadership and communication.
Highly motivated and a self starter, team player, good decision making.
Efficient is the use of Project Completion System WinPCS.
5-10 Years Professional experience
