My operator Client has 4 open opportunities for Commissioning Execution Leads on FIFO rotation to Barrow Island.

Recruitment for 4 positions - Commissioning Execution Leads

• Position 1 from Jun 16 to Dec 16 (Rotation 28/28 days)
• Position 2 from Jun 16 to Nov 16 (Rotation 28/28 days)
• Position 3 from Jun 16 to Feb 17 (Rotation 8/3 weeks)
• Position 4 from Jun 16 to Jan 17 (Rotation 8/3 weeks)

Job Description
• Ensure that the field commissioning organisation is executing mechanical and process commissioning in accordance with the method statements and commissioning testing procedures.
• Ensure that a comprehensive record of documentation and certification of work is being progressively maintained and assist in the satisfactory handover of the completed documentation to completions team.
• Ensure that commissioning contractor support team comply with all aspects of the worksite commissioning HSE Plan and policy; site regulations, permit to work and Client requirements.
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of commissioning support contractors. Maintain daily supervisory surveillance checks and records ensuring that contractor’s management and supervision are adhering to safe working conditions and permitting procedures, all required competent personnel, protective equipment, adequate supervision and manpower, with reliable, well maintained equipment to execute the commissioning works as per contract schedule and targets.
• Ensure that contractors are working in the required work areas, locations and elevations and that work sequence and interfaces with other contractors are both co-ordinated and planned to provide continuous working to meet project schedule.
• Agree method statements and JHA’s. Ensure that work is carried out in accordance with the agreed method statements.
• Maintain supervisory attendance at Tool Box talk and pre start meetings.
• Promote and maintain best practice working relationships.
