The Company:
Our Client is an International Company involved in the supply of Energy globally. Their Operations cover Exploration, Production and Downstream and at present they have projects in over 25 Countries worldwide.
In Australia they are involved in one of the Country's largest LNG Projects, including both Gas and Condensate which is currently in Execution Stage.

The Role:
Our client is looking for a HSE Advisor to assist the commissioning team in Darwin.

Your duties will include but not limited to:

• Provide Input and Oversight to the development of Contractors commissioning HSE plans and procedures, and provide contractor oversight and ensure project execution to the HSSE standards and within quality, schedule and cost objectives
• Provide LNG Specific expertise to the commissioning and start up teams to assist in the development of SIMOPS and Start up plans
• Witness as appropriate the pre-commissioning activities performed by the EPCC and validation of the Ready for Commissioning dossiers.
• Witness of onshore Commissioning activities performed by EPCC to ensure that his Systems reach the Ready for Start-Up status as per planning.
• Supervision of the Contractor HSE Team, and monitor the compliance of third party contractors in relation to company standards and requirements and provide assistance to contractors on requirements where necessary.
• Liaison with Operation and Start-up team to ensure that commissioning activities risk assessment performed properly and attended by all concerned parties and any points of concern are followed-up.
• Execute safety activities including safety case studies, risk assessments, modelling, PHAs, HAZOPs, SIL Determinations, LOPAs, project support and compliance audits.
• Act as point of contact for all HSE matters for relevant operations, liaising and interfacing with relevant personnel ensuring compliance is met on plans and procedures.
• Assist and lead team incident investigations overseeing the HSE team through reports and action tracking

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
In order to be considered you will have the ability to demonstrate knowledge, capability and competence in the following commercial, technical and interpersonal aspects:

• Extensive supervisory experience in Commissioning, Pre-commissioning and construction of onshore/offshore projects.
• Crisis Management and Emergency Response experience of specific training in incident management and business recovery.
• Proven skills to develop and maintain occupational health and safety procedures and programs
• Demonstrable Pre-commissioning / Commissioning / SIMOPS experience
