The Company:
Oil & gas company is looking for COMMISSIONING PIPING AND MECHANICAL LEADER

Harsh conditions for work, rotation basis (28x28).

The Role:
The job holder manages, under of the responsibility of Commissioning Site Leader, all commissioning activities related to the piping and mechanical discipline with particular attention paid to HSE matters.

During the project, the Job Holder has, inside his discipline to:

Preparation phase:
- Verify all documentations needed for commissioning prepared by the engineering.
- Verify compliance with technical specifications, drawings and procedures.
- Preparation of the commissioning documents: Sub system limit, Technical procedures as per Opercom methodology and Company general specifications.
- Prepare the commissioning sequence jointly with the CSL.
- Prepare the ICAPS data base with the support of ICAPS administrator
- Preparation of the Commissioning dossiers as per Opercom methodology
- Participate and validate the FAT for mechanical equipment

Execution phase
- Ensures that all activities are safely performed (safety and environment protection).
- Manage Commissioning of (all) interfaces with others: contractors, operations etc ...
- Manage, participate and validate all commissioning tests.
- Report the progress and schedule. (daily, weekly, monthly, final report …)
- Provide necessary input and participate in technical clarifications, etc ...
- Anticipate potential problems. Analyse and propose corrective actions.
- Promote the reporting of incidents and anomalies
- Participates in meeting related to the area of responsibility.
- Contribute to audits of Contractors or Sub-Contractors in co-operation with the QA/QC department.
- Liaise and support Vendor / Contractor representative for site survey and work visits.

COMPLIANCE WITH SAFETY NORMS
COMMISSIONING PIPING AND MECHANICAL LEADER Commissioning Specialist must:
Comply with requirements of the Safety, Health and Environmental laws of Russia and to obey the corporate policy of COMPANY on Safety, Health and Environment, and to practise COMPANY Safety Systems.

ACCOUNTABILITIES
Ensure the satisfactory completion of project in terms of piping and mechanical activities
Anticipate potential problems of interfaces. Analyse and propose corrective actions
Accountable for close control of cost and schedule

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Minimum 10 years experience in the oil industry as Commissioning piping and mechanical Leader with field operations experiences, acid gas will be appreciated
Fluent in English (speaking and writing)
Team spirit, leadership, reactivity, good communication and motivation skills, able to work in a multicultural and extreme environment
Deep knowledge of CPY’s General Specifications, OPERCOM and ICAPS
