The Company:
An international EPC Company involved in LNG and Mining Projects.

The Role:
will require the succesful candidate to:

•Provide all support required for monitoring and control of Client’s Commissioning team’s work and provide forecast completion reports.
•Provide information in accordance with approved project procedures.
•Establish level 4 schedule for the execution of module commissioning scope
•Establish Construction milestones and priorities for system/sub system handover to Commissioning team
•Input into review of Contractor’s construction schedules in line with commissioning requirements.
•Liaise with project Construction and Completions planners to ensure schedule impacts are dealt with.
•Review the reported status of construction completion milestones, analyse the impact to the commissioning works and provide input to remedial action to both the Contractor and Commissioning team as necessary.
•Analyse the progress of the commissioning works and provide input to remedial action to the Commissioning team as necessary.
•Establish a productivity measurement system with Commissioning team to measure actual performance.
•Continually work with the Commissioning team to improve performance and to endeavour to shorten the critical path where appropriate.
•Liaise with Construction, Inspection, Completons and commissioning personnel to mitigate all delays and enhance schedule performance.
•Monitor weekly KPI commissioning rates such as loop checks and system tests.
•Conduct regular critical path analysis and summarise areas of concern and remedial actions required.
•Assist management with various tasks such as preparing material for internal/external presentations.
•Develop and maintain robust forecasting processes.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Minimum of 10 years experience in:
•Planning and reporting departments of major projects (capital value in excess of $100MM)
•Construction sites- working with an Owner’s team in a multi-discipline environment

Minimum of 5 years experience in any of the following:
•Heavy industry and/or process plant construction.
•Korean Shipbuilding/Oil and Gas Facility Fabrication (HHI preferred)
•Commissioning planning and execution

In-depth understanding and major exposure to:
•System Commissioning processes from construction completion to Ready-for-startup
•Corporate and project scheduling and reporting requirements
•Risk management

•Hands on experience of:
oProcess/Utility System identification
oCritical Path Analysis
oproductivity analysis
oforecasting and trend evaluation
oearned value progress methodology
oschedule analysis and activity progress updating
omanaging and analyzing progress data
omilestone content , monitoring and forecasting
•MS Office - hig
