The Company:
An international, leading EPC Company involved in LNG and Mining Projects.

The Role:
A position has a arisen for a Commissioning Planner to join on a long term contract basis. rotations.

Core responsibilities will include:
• Develop and maintain detailed commissioning schedules including development of critical path and project float
• Familiar with construction and commissioning interfaces
• Maintain liaison with project team regarding commissioning planning by conducting analysis and preparing reports
• Evaluate scope changes, additional work orders and other elements
• Identify opportunities for optimising schedule and work flow
• Understanding and ability to read and define system and subsystem inclusions of P&IDs and One-Lines
• Conduct periodic site visits to monitor progress for reference in the project CSU schedule

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• 10 years in project planning with 3 years plus in commissioning and start up experience on LNG projects
• Planning for turnaround and operations experience would be of benefit
• Proficient in Primavera P6 (V7.4 or later) experience
• Knowledge in MS Project is a benefit
• Experience of working as a team in a major project environment
• Competent with database and spreadsheet skills
• Familiar with commissioning work methodology and construction erection method and sequences
• Ability and training for schedule analysis
• "What if" scenarios for presentation to management as Decision Basis
