The Company:
Our global leading client is seeking highly skilled, experienced & capable contract international employees to work on a large multinational complex oil & gas project.

The Role:
•Provide HSE Leadership and work with the selected contractor (TBA) & Client team to deliver fully on the Client's expectations on HSE.
•Review and comment on all engineering design documents issued as AFD or AFC.
•Attend all Safety Risk Reviews, and Hazops as required.
•Develop and hold a Site Master AFC P&ID file, and AS-Built P&ID file.
•Ensure that all PUN’s, and CCN’s are marked up on site P&ID’s.
•Ensure all Commissioning discipline Engineers, Supervisors and Technicians deployed on process systems are fully aware and understand the projects safe working practices and ensure they are adhered to.
•Provide assistance where applicable to the SPC for contractors mechanical queries and responsible for liaising with the Engineering Manager and Engineering Contractor for the resolution of these queries.
•Responsible for approving the mechanical / Instrument-Control content of topsides process commissioning test procedures (CTPs) , ensuring that the integrity of the systems is maintained and all safe working practices are adhered to within the procedures.
•Responsible for the development of the major process systems commissioning test procedures (CTPs) ensuring integrity of systems is maintained and all safe working practices are adhered to within said procedures
•Provide assistance to the Commissioning Mechanical group to ensure that the all Mechanical Pre-Commissioning activities and dynamic Commissioning activity are completed in a safe manor.
•SPA for the review / acceptance of the relevant N2He test-packs required for the onshore N2He programmes within the onshore commissioning phases
•Ensuring all relevant Training and Coaching is undertaken and implemented for all Country Nationals within the Mechanical Commissioning group to develop their technical understanding of engineering principles and practical skill level.
•Ensuring that all commissioning procedures and paperwork within the HCP is completed to enable a smooth hand over of systems to Operations.
•Provide assistance where required to Operations group for studies & preparation of “start up” procedures / documentation

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
•A recognised Engineering degree and or-Minimum of 10 years experience working on Process System Commissioning on onshore or offshore facilities including:-
Involvement with Engineering Contractor in design phase.
Process System Calculations for Operability.
Installation.
N2He System Testing and Managing
Site Acceptance Testing
Commissioning (dynamic & Test Procedure compilation)
