The Company:
Our major oil and gas client is seeking a Common Process Coordinator for a one year opportunity in Houston, Texas

The Role:

• Work with the regional Strategic Implementation Plan SPA to facilitate regional development.
• Support the creation, implementation, delivery, and sustainability of the Regional Strategic Implementation Plan, working in close partnership with the regional team
• Collaborate with peers across regions, providing input into regional implementations.
• Assist the regional team in engaging regional Activity SPAs.
• Facilitate risk assessment and prioritization in the Strategic Implementation Plan.
• Facilitate the identification of strategic resource groups for the region
• Facilitate the collection of strategic resource groups supply and demand information.
• Assure that appropriate schedule constraints and dependencies are represented.
• Develop composite plan and appropriate planning scenarios to support Regional portfolio decisions.
• Generate MoCs from selected planning scenarios to execute change to the Strategic Implementation Plan database.
• Support the delivery and share Strategic Implementation Plan related communications at the Region.
• Work with the team and regional based teams to design, build, and deliver communications that are relevant, timely and useful for the Region.
• Speak on the region’s behalf to describe progress and raise/clarify issues as appropriate.
• Support sustainability of the Strategic Implementation Plan Governance processes.
• Assist regional team in engaging Activity SPAs and determining health of activities.
• Perform reviews of Regional MoC requests and clarification of open questions.
• Issue regional status report and documentation.
• Notify Activity SPAs and Gatekeepers about activities scheduled to start and milestones due in the next two months.
• Identify and maintain issues for activities and the process as a whole.
