The Common Process Coordinator (CPC) provides support in the development and monitoring of the Strategic Implementation Plan (SIP).

Roles and Responsibilities - General

• Work with the regional SIP SPA to facilitate regional SIP development.
o Support the creation, implementation, delivery, and sustainability of the Regional SIP, working in close partnership with the regional SIP SPA and the GWO SIP Team.
o Collaborate with peers across regions, providing input into regional implementations.
o Assist the regional SIP SPA in engaging regional Activity SPAs.
• Leverage SIP Planit for planning and prioritization activities.
o Assure all appropriate regional improvement activities are in SIP Planit.
o Facilitate risk assessment and prioritization in SIP Planit.
o Facilitate the identification of strategic resource groups for the region in SIP Planit.
o Facilitate the collection of strategic resource groups supply and demand information.
o Assure that appropriate schedule constraints and dependencies are represented.
o Develop composite plan and appropriate planning scenarios in SIP Planit to support Regional portfolio decisions.
o Generate MoCs from selected planning scenarios to execute change to SIP database.
• Support the Regional SIP SPA in delivering and sharing SIP related communications at the Region.
o Work with the SIP team and regional based teams to design, build, and deliver communications that are relevant, timely and useful for the Region.
o Speak on the region’s behalf to describe progress and raise/clarify issues as appropriate.
• Support sustainability of the SIP Governance processes.
o Assist regional SIP SPA in engaging Activity SPAs and determining health of activities.
o Review of Regional MoC requests and clarification of open questions.
o Issue regional SIP status report and SIP documentation.
o Notify Activity SPAs and Gatekeepers about activities scheduled to start and milestones due in the next two months.
Identification and maintenance of issues for activities and the process as a whole.
