Our Client is a Global Leading Oil & Gas Operating Company

The Role:
In this position you will be supporting various high profile projects and be required to have a project based mindset.

The successful candidate will be a Process and Project management specialist who will be placed on a multi-disciplinary wells team, to ensure they comply and implement the Client's methodology of planning Projects in an effort to implement best practices and continuance improvement.

Your General Responsibilities will include the following:

• Project Management
- Define appropriate Project Management methodology and provide sound Project Management principles to the Wells teams
- Provide project management support to the Wells Team (facilitate meetings, maintain action logs, status project schedules, and coordinate with Primavera schedulers as applicable)

• Risk Management
- Work with various teams to provide direction, support, and socialization of the Risk Management process; including the development of risk registers and risk mitigation plans using the risk workbook
- Support, participate in and/or facilitate risk identification, assessment, and review sessions
- Educate teams on Risk Management Process and provide integration and alignment with the Risk Management Process
- Support BowTie development as an integral part of Wells risk management
- Facilitate barrier health assessment sessions to determine strength, effectiveness and health of barriers
- Obtain a more complete understanding of BowTies (tool and methodology) as it relates to the Risk Management process and assure teams incorporate BowTie reviews (facilitated by CPC) into the risk management sessions

• Well Planning
- Provide coordinated support in the well planning process to subsurface, engineering and operations teams from Appraise through Review; this promotes process alignment with best practices in the safe and compliant planning and delivery of wells
- Assure project teams understand and are aligned with established practices, procedures, and strategic goals by providing necessary guidance and/or training
- Capture and maintain project and process work deliverables, employing established procedures, workflows, and tools including SharePoint
- Align BtB process for the broader teams, incorporating the new operation requirements for Senior Management
- Provide Application for Permit to Drill (APD) documentation and management control prior to submission to the Regulatory Group
- Support the development of new standard work processes and assure consistent application across the Wells organization, e.g., Accepted Industry API, Company and
Engineering Technical Practices and Federal Regulatory Compliance requirements and checklists

• Management of Change (MoC)
- Coordinate Management of Change (BizFlow) requests
- Provide training and guidance on the MoC process, practice and on the use of the BizFlow tool

• OMS and Lessons Learned
- Support the implementation and sustainability of the GWO OMS
- Support Continuous Improvement and risk reduction initiatives within the framework of OMS
- Work with teams to capture, communicate, and incorporate lessons learned into future plans using Team Link
- Support engineering teams with special projects and studies as needed

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
- Degree
- Proven 10 years experience performing a similiar role
- Risk Management Experience
- Proven Well Planning Experience
