The Role:
1. Communications:
a) Serve as a single point contact in the UK offices for communications matters, with responsibility for communicating to staff in functions, region and teams;
b) Develop communication plans and recommend the most effective communication channels to promote connectivity between the UK teams and the rest of the organization;
c) Collect and write success stories and send them to Internal Communications manager for further communication among the region via existing channels;

2. Publications:
a) Contribute to internal magazine and Intranet through providing input from UK offices;
b) Coordinate and design any other publications materials (posters, flyers and any other images as required) ensuring brand guidelines are adhered to.

3. Event management

a) Coordinate and develop timelines for planning, organizing and implementing events for UK staff;
b) Plan, execute and host leadership townhalls and ‘lunch and learn’ sessions in UK offices;
c) Maintain network with Azerbaijani representations in UK, including embassy, any other Azerbaijani associations and Azerbaijani communities in UK;

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Bachelor Degree obtained in UK university (if any other – then IELTS certificate required)
• Good writing and presentation skills
• Fluent Azerbaijani language (written and oral)
• Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment
• Excellent organizational, prioritization, and customer service skills
• Ability to set goals and timelines and to work on deadlines
• Project management skills
• Ability to work and communicate effectively with a variety of people, both internally and externally
• Ability to work as a team member
• Computer literate
