The Company:
Our Client is an International Oil and Gas Operator involved in 2 of Australia's largest LNG Projects based in Western Australia.

The Role:
RFLNG communications support:
• Refreshes, maintains and executes ABU RFLNG Project communications plan for Phase 3 enabling the distribution of key messages across the ABU using a variety of valued and relevant channels
• Creates and executes ABU RFLNG Project communications plan for Phase 4 using methods appropriate for the phase & incorporating lessons from Phase 3.
• Develops stakeholder engagement plans for engagement on RFLNG Project activities and decisions
• Fosters increased understanding of RFLNG objectives and strategies by proactively seeking opportunities to promote the project and to ensure clarity with stakeholders
• Provides communications advisory support to RFLNG team and delivers communications to stakeholders if required.
• Works with Team Assistant to ensure that Project FAQs and iWay are regularly updated.
• Promote and protect the Chevron Brand Identity system across the RFLNG Project Team
• Liaises directly with PGPA on behalf of the project team to gain support, endorsement, distribution into ABU-wide and corporate communications mediums.
• Serve as PGPA’s representative in RFLNG working teams, as required Provides coaching on change communications to project teams across functions, as required, in Phase 4. Communications Team support:
• Attends weekly communications team meetings, PGPA quarterly meetings and planning meetings
• Assist with emergency / crisis communication including Communications Response Team member
