The Company:
Our Client is an International Company involved in the supply of Energy globally. Their Operations cover Exploration, Production and Downstream and at present they have projects in over 25 Countries worldwide.
In Australia they are involved in one of the Country's largest LNG Projects, including both Gas and Condensate which is currently in Execution Stage.

The Role:
Our client is currently recruiting for a Communications/ Change Coordinator. The primary function of this position is to assist with the project change and communications activities. This role will provide change management support, and design and implement the project communication plan.

Key responsibilities of this position include:

Communications
• Communications Plan - Maintain the communications plan and assist implement the agreed strategy.
• Content development - Draft communications (with appropriate message, through selected medium, utilising nominated messenger).
• Creative oversight - Briefing creative house (where required) and being accountable for creative deliverables.
• Sign-off - Managing the sign-off process for communications as agreed.
• Communication deployment - Deploying / executing communications initiatives.
• Strategy refinement and maintenance - Refining and maintaining the project communications strategy as required.
• Communications monitoring and review - Monitoring feedback, and reviewing communications strategies and tactics as required.
• Plan, coordinator and edit the company Insider newsletter;
• Provide and coordinate intranet website content;
• Responsible for maintaining and updating intranet site
Change Management
• Update the Project Change Management Plan.
• Update and maintain the Stakeholder Management Plan - Ongoing maintenance of the stakeholder management plan.
• Deploy Stakeholder Management Plan - Implement the stakeholder management plan (including co-ordinating) for .
• Provide Project Manager change support - Support for the Project Manager where required.
Other
• Provide effective customer service to internal and external customers.
• From time to time any other request as may not be deemed unreasonable

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Minimum 5 years experience in similar role
• Communications and marketing - minimum Certificate IV
• Prosci or other change management methodology certification would be an advantage
• Project Management certificate would be an advantage
• A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process.
• Experience and knowledge of change management principles and methodologies (example: Prosci certification)
• Experience in change management and communications in large Project organisations, preferably with global operations.
• Experience with large-scale organizational change effort. Advanced knowledge and demonstrable experience in appropriate change management methodologies (eg. ADKAR, PROSCI).
• High level negotiation and influencing skills across a range of stakeholders and at all levels within an organisation.
• Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal.
