The Role:
Thai national only
Job Descriptions:
• Provide administrative support to Team which includes document filing, inventory control for community engagement materials, e.g., PPE's, volunteer equipment, corporate gifts, etc., as well as office good housekeeping.
• Assist in internal coordination of office supplies and contribution process through SCM and accounting systems.
• Assist in conducting community engagement activities, e.g., department offsites, employee volunteer and employee club activities, and community outreach efforts. The tasks include preparation process, transportation arrangement, and team support at event locations.
• Assist in conducting feedback survey to measure employees' perception and satisfaction toward
• Company CSR and CE activities they participated. The tasks include preparing questionnaires and providing assessment reports.
• Assist in maintaining the Team's best practice and compliance standard, as well as providing accurate information and documents for FCPA and partner audits.
• Update and maintain CE databases such as stakeholder list, employee engagement plan and records.
• Assist in performing CE budget monitoring and tracking duties which include providing expense reports
• on a monthly and quarterly basis.
• Assist in preparing CE presentation and reporting documents using MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Bachelor degree in social science, arts, humanities, business administration or any related fields, plus 1‐3 years of related work experience with at least 1 year of practical computer experience
• Good command of oral and written communication skills, both in Thai and English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 2007, i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Photography and computer graphics
• skills would be advantages
• Able to interact with people from different cultures and work in culturally diverse environment
• Ability to cope with stressful & speedy working & condition, heavy workload and holiday assignments
