The Role:
Primary duty is to represent client interests prior to and during execution of diving operations.
- Ability to demonstrate an enhanced level of safety leadership and conduct themselves with consistent professionalism taking a pragmatic and enlightened approach to the delivery of objectives.
- Implementation of OGP #411 Diving Recommended Practice and company standards for diving.
- Competency requirements based on OGP #431 Diving worksite representative roles, responsibilities & training.
- Coaching and mentoring of diving contractors performing critical path activities on a diverse range of projects and assets with technical oversight to ensure focus on delivering safe and cost effective operations.
- The representative can expect to be working in remote and challenging environments requiring excellent people / communication skills to develop mutual understanding of company business objectives.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
- Must have extensive experience in diving industry as commercial diver / supervisor.
- Experience of working in different regions will be advantageous.
- Computer literate, appropriate offshore survival / medical certification.
