The Company:
Located offshore Indonesia in the Muara Bakau Block, east of Kalimantan Beach, is the Jangkrik oil field where our client is running it's project.
Currently they are looking forward a good design team consisting of Subsea Pipeline Engineers.

The Role:
•Responsible for monitoring contractor compliance with pipeline design basis
•Responsible for monitoring contractor compliance with codes, standards
•Responsible for monitoring contractor compliance with QA/HSSE requirements
•Check contractor design reports and calculation sheets
•Check procurement data sheets for alignment with basis of design
•Review and advice on material and installation specifications (technical)
•Review design solutions, options, and advice on corrective actions
•Provide input to pipeline design, procurement construction and installation
•Review contractor functional specifications and scope of work
•Review and advice on site queries, clarifications, deviations, change requests
•Review and advice on concession requests and non-conformances
•Review supplier documentation (technical)
•Attend design reviews to ensure design in accordance codes, standards
•Attend and provide input to HAZOP, HAZID, Risk Reviews
•Support fabrication and testing requirements (as client representative)
•Support installation and commissioning activities (as client representative)
•Contribute to training and development of staff

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
•Bachelor degree in engineering/BSc Degree or equivalent
•Technically proficient in discipline proven track record on similar projects
•Competent in use of relevant international codes and standards
•Competent in deep water pipeline design
•Competent in rigid and flexible flow line design
•Competent/knowledge in use of relevant discipline software
•Good knowledge of Project execution and planning
•Good knowledge in subsea pipeline/flow line installation methods
•Ability to interface well within the PMT and with contractor teams
•Ability to anticipate issues and focus on proactive problem resolution
•Ability to meet deadlines and schedule constraints
•Analytical and problem solving mind
•Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment

This is a contract position.

The rate for this position is negotiable.
