The Role:
* Master's degree, preferably in Human Resources Management or Finance
* Qualified Compensation & Benefits (C&B) professional with at least 5 years' experience
* Strong background in HR, working experience as a C&B Manager
* Experience in development and/or implementation of grading and remuneration systems
* Excellent MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), 1C, SAP
* Strong numerical and analytical skills
* Fluent Russian and English
* Managerial experience
* Experience in the natural resources sector
